He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Donnafield. He is survived by: his mother Sharon Donnafield; his sister Misty Donnafield; his uncle Tom Donnafield; his aunts, Starr Weltzin and Donna Fitch; and his nieces and nephews, Chloe Kendall, Cody Donnafield and Casey Donnafield.
