She was predeceased by: her parents, Dick Bushong and Mary Bushong. She is survived by: her brothers, Joe, John and Pete Bushong; and her children, John W. Spears Jr., Jacqueline Spears-Haug and David T. Williamson. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
