He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughter Kelly Andrada; his stepdaughters, Dorothy Smith and Michelle Haywood; his brother Larry; his sister-in-law Betty Burden; his cousins, Donald and Ann Burden; his grandchildren, Ashley and Rachel Andrada; and his stepgrandchildren, Charmaine Reese-Cook, Larry Cook, Tamika Johnson, Shannelle Clipper Smith and Camille Haywood. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
