She was predeceased by: her husband Dick; and her parents, Elsa Wood (Anderson) and James G. Wood. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Patchett (Gary) of Glendale, Arizona, Sharon Corral (Eddie) of Phoenix, Arizona and David Altman II of Akron, Ohio.; and her brother Elmer "Al" Wood of Little Rock, Arkansas. She is also survived by six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the National Memorial Cemetery (2929 E Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85024).
