She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford C. Cowley and Bonnie J. Cowley (Farquer); and her husband Henry W. Witz. She is survived by: her former husband Richard M. Carlson, Sr.; her children, Richard M. Carlson, Jr. (Berto Delgado) of Ewing and Amy Hatch (Joe) of Oneida; her stepdaughter Laurie Witz of Farmington; her brother Michael L. Cowley (Thomas Allen) of Pheonix; and her grandchildren, Mallory Spivey (Dalton), Brandon Hatch and Madi Hatch. She is also survived by her family, especially her children and grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the OSF St. Mary's Auxiliary in Galesburg.
