With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Mavis L. Jackson (Glendale, Arizona), born in Locust Grove, Oklahoma, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Fulks and Julia Fulks; and her father-in-law Frank. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Lou Quinton (Bill) of Laveen and Betty Kay Lewis (Phil) of Arvada, Colorado.; her grandson Christopher Midgett (Nicole) of Albuquerque; and her great grandchildren, Riley, Cohen and Eli Midgett.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the American Humane Society, honoring Mavis's lifelong love and compassion for animals.
