She was predeceased by: her parents, D. Max Johnson and Iva Lou Blackburn. She is survived by: her husband Chuck; and her children, Jessica (Bryant), Robin, Alex and Scott. She is also survived by her grandchildren; brothers; sisters; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (8840 N 61st Ave, Glendale, AZ 85302). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona (2929 E Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85024).
