Selmon of New Orleans, LA, Lisa Phillips of New Orleans, LA, Sheila Phillips of New Orleans, LA, Rudolph Thomas, Jr. and Collins Phillips, Jr. (Shelia) of New Orleans, LA. She is also survived by great-aunts, a great uncle, cousins, nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends.
