He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Chris Hulstrom (Terri) and Nicki Grubb (John); his grandchildren, Molly, Ella, Caleb, Avrie and Hailey; and his brother Jack Hulstrom. He is also survived by 4 nephews, two aunts, and several cousins.
