It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tracy Ann Nelson in Glendale, Arizona, born in Grand Junction, Colorado, who passed away on April 26, 2022, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Rokell Carter; and her stepfather Frank Ely. She is survived by: her mother Shirley Ely of Rock Springs, WY; her husband David Nelson of Glendale, AZ; her children, Shaun Nelson (Shawnie) of American Fork, UT and Alissa Nelson of Chandler, AZ; her grandchildren, Max and Violet; and her sisters, Ginny Koshar (Tom) of Rock Springs, WY and Shelly Johnson (Blaine) of Rock Springs, WY.
