He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Cuellar and Bill Cuellar, Jr.; his stepson Danny O'Neil; his grandsons, Tony Cuellar and Matthew Jones; his great grandchild Leonardo Cuellar; and his siblings, Teresa Dodich, Sam Martinez, Mike Martinez, Lita Rider and Fay Schins.
