He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. O'Neal Sr. and Doris O'Neal. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer O'Neal, Amanda Davis and Ashley Michaelis (Daniel); his sister Susan Kay Todd; his brother-in-law Ron Todd; and his nephews, Travis Todd (Jennifer), Matthew Todd (Brenda) and Norwood.
