She was predeceased by : her parents, Leonard Harlan Riggins and Rachel Odessa Kelly; her significant other Raymond Harvey; her sons, Jack Mowrey (Leonard) and Leonard; and her grandchild Jamie Mowrey.

She is survived by : her siblings, Sister Kathleen, Bud and Hoot; her son Giles Ray Harvey; her husband Oren Mowrey; her daughter Gwendy Thompson; her daughter-in-law Sharon Mowrey; her grandchildren, Mike, Tony, Pete, Karyn, Fancie, Lori and Cory; and her nephew Mike Cook (Poke Cook).
