He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Reynaldo Valles, Martina Valles, Victoria Gonzales Godoy and Edwardo Godoy; his sisters-in-law, Aurora Rascon Godoy and Jacky Murrieta Godoy; and his great-nephew Jesus Juvera.

He is survived by : his parents, Dora Marie Valles Godoy and Carlos Gonzales Godoy; his daughters, Talia Godoy and Desery Godoy; his grandchildren, Jeremiah James and Vanellope Rose; and his siblings, Edward Charles Godoy, Eric Valles Godoy, Adam Rey Godoy, Victoria Godoy Juvera, Mary Ellen Godoy Granadino (Francisco P. Granadino) and Sylvia Geiser (Raymond F. Geiser).
