She was predeceased by: her parents, Pablo T Licano and Frances Cota Licano; her son Joseph Gabriel Mejia; and her siblings, Raymond, Paul, Ruben Licano and Lupe Badilla.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia A. Mejia and Christopher G. Mejia; and her siblings, Manuel, Robert, Tony Licano, Carmen Ericksen and Rosie Bitar. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
