It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nathan EDWARD Ellison in Globe, Arizona, born in Payson, Arizona, who passed away on September 23, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Nathan leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Travis Ellison and Helen Ellison; his wife Louise Ellison; and his stepson Ted Downing. He is survived by: his children, Ed Ellison, Lynna Deal (David), Alfred Ellison (Aimee) and Bill Downing (Caroline). He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the High Desert Middle School (4000 High Desert Dr, Globe, AZ 85501).
