He was predeceased by : his parents, Senator "Bill" Hardt and Athia Hardt of Globe; and his grandchild Parris. He is survived by : his children, Lee and Richard Powers; his grandchildren, Nicole Ramirez (Frank), Skyler Powers, Alisha Powers and David Russin; his great grandchildren, Kaden, Grant and Frankie; his siblings, Philip, Robert, Paul, Elaine and Theresa; and also Chris McGroarty of Globe.
