She is survived by: her children, Ralph Colfack Jr. (Elynn) of Oakland, IA, Dan Colfack (Tammy) of Goodyear, AZ, Janelle Blair (Don) of Surprise, AZ, Sherry Scamehorn (David) of Lincoln, NE and David Colfack (Linette) of Lincoln, NE.; and her sisters, Gwen Kucera of Omaha, NE and Carol Appleby of Shawnee, KS. She is also survived by her five children, fifteen grandchildren, forty-three Great Grandchildren and 10 Great Great Grandchildren.
