Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens (4310 E Southern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85042). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location.
