He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Lipscomb and June Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Connie Eastman; his children, Trina Lipscomb, Marco, Waylon, Stuart and Clinton Lipscomb; and his sister Janice Nevanen. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests that donations be made to Hospice of the Valley.
