With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Raymond Joseph Moses Jr. of Hereford, Arizona, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 28, 2025 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Raymond Joseph Moses Jr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Moses and Raymond Moses Sr.; his siblings, June Merithew and Norman Moses; and his brother-in-law John Schweikart.
He is survived by: his wife Phoebe; his children, Renee Cox (Mike) and Shelly Rogers (Jenny); his granddaughter Sally Cox; his sisters-in-law, Kathie Schweikart and Ethel Townsend; and his friend Joseph Ford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hatfield Funeral Home (830 AZ-92, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635). A rosary will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of the Mountains Church (1425 E Yaqui St, Sierra Vista, AZ 85650).
