She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Riley and Gertrude Williams Riley; and her siblings, Henry Riley Jr., Willie Riley and Gertrude "Bebe" Riley Brown.
She is survived by: her husband Oliser Ward Jr.; her sister Maxine Riley; and her children, Sandra Lewis, Kesha Carter (Julian) and Oliser Ward III (Jen). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; along with a host of in-laws, nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (360 1st Ave, Holbrook, AZ 86025). Viewing will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Owens Livingston Mortuary Holbrook Chapel (409 1st Ave, Holbrook, AZ 86025).
