He is survived by: his wife Judi Dunning; his children, Melissa Brugh (Kirk), Clinton Dunning (Awen), Stephanie Hazelton (Mark) and Audray Dunning; and his grandchildren, Corey, Zoe, Ezekiel, Jarren, Makenzie, Mercy, Dylan, Madison, Victoria, Zachary, Karlie and Asher.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital, Nathan Adelson Hospice, or Safari Club International (SCI).
