He was predeceased by: his parents, William Blake and Mary Blake; his wife Verlane; and his daughter Mary. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey, Nicholas, Lori, Robin and Katrina; his grandchildren, Sarah, Evan, Adam, Cassandra, Nicholas Jr., Christabelle, Mary, Michael and Danielle Christian; and his great grandchildren, Tatum, Caleb, Kyle, Faith, Hunter, Ezio and Calhan.
