He is survived by: his wife Jenise Marie Wilkes-Baker (Allen); his stepchildren, Kyle Wilkes of Lakeside and Zachary Wilkes of Silicon Valley, CA.; his daughters, Kristen and Brooke Baker of California, Two; and his brothers, Charles Baker (Kelly) of St. Clairsville Ohio and Donald "Don" Baker of Plains, Kansas.. He is also survived by his family, for his children, his parents and brothers, and for all his good friends.
