He is survived by: his close friend Dave Miller; his wife Belinda; and his children, Henry Castillo Jr., Pauline Castillo, May Gutierrez Dionisio and Christopher Meinhardt. He is also survived by his grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and numerous friends.
