He is survived by: his children, Lyn Woodley, Therese Carpenter (Dennis), Edward Woodley Jr. (Debbie), Elizabeth Walsh (Jim) and Michael Woodley (Teresa). He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; and eighteen great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 9:45 AM at the St Marks Catholic Church (2727 W Tangerine Rd, Oro Valley, AZ 85742). A burial was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Marana Mortuary Cemetery (12146 W Barnett Rd, Marana, AZ 85653).
