Though Elizabeth may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Elizabeth touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Baechle and Frances Baechle; her sister Maryrose; her former husband Albert Schroeder; and her husband Carl Stevenson.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Tom, Mary Jo, Dave and Barbara. She is also survived by four grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
A prayer will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Christopher Catholic Parish (12101 W Moore Rd, Marana, AZ 85653). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Marana Cemetery (12146 W Barnett Rd, Marana, AZ 85653). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
