It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Montano Leybas (Marana, Arizona), who passed away on May 6, 2026, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Raymond shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Raymond farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Miguel Leyvas and Ruth "Cuca" Montano; and his spouse Guadalupe Medina.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Marana Mortuary & Cemetery (12146 W Barnett Rd, Marana, AZ 85653). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
