He was predeceased by: his sister Debra; his stepdaughter Ashley; and his nephew Jason. He is survived by: his significant other Tanya Hammond of Tucson; his sister Margi Cook (Wayne) of Phoenix; and his nieces, Melissa Monheit, Lauren and Gabrielle Hillery. He is also survived by two great nieces, and a great-nephew, and many, many beloved friends.
