He is survived by: his significant other Marcella Narcia; his children, David Blackwater Mary Blackwater and Tanya Blackwater; and his sisters, Rhea Eddie, Caron Eddie, Joyce Eddie, Laura Eddie, Lynelle Blackwater and Ellen Johns. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
