He is survived by: his son Cecil Miguel; and his siblings, Janice Miguel, Dora Jane Miguel-Joaquin, Thelma Miguel-Lopez, Rosemary Miguel-Chiago, Alvera Miguel-Flores, Pasquelita Miguel, Genevive Miguel and Francis John Miguel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, grandchildren, godchildren and friends.
