He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Stephens and Debb Stephens; and his brother Tom Stephens. He is survived by: his sister Debbie Hansen (Colleen Stephens); his daughters, Robin Stephens and Ashley Stephens; and his granddaughter Bonnie Hunsaker.
