He is survived by: his wife Hermalinda Mavis; his daughter Stacie Cantu (Richard); his grandchildren, Marisa of Maricopa, Nevaeh of Maricopa, Sophia of Maricopa and Joseph "JJ" Cantu of Maricopa; and his siblings, Olga Jo Bustos (Raymond) of Maricopa, Joseph Mavis (Cynthia) of Payson and Robert Mavis (Monica) of Payson.
