As Jose departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Jose. Though Jose may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicolas Montoya Esparza and Terese Munoz Cruz; and his sister Rosa Montoya Munoz. He is survived by: his pet Cesar; his wife Imelda Ocano; his children, Angel Montoya, Abraham Montoya of Maricopa and Alejandro Montoya of Chandler; and his sisters, Ana Montoya Munoz and Hilda Montoya Munoz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
