She was predeceased by : her husband Donald Vail; her parents, Bessie Towry and Tommie DeHart; her siblings, Roger Dale Towry and Loretta Ann Flores; her nieces, Teresa and Susie; and her nephew Little Roger.

She is survived by : her children, Elaine Youngblood of Maricopa, Carole Johnson of Eagle River, Jimmy Powell of Mesa, Diane Dempsey (Terry), Roger Joe Womack of Mesa Arizona and Claude Womack of Knoxville, Tennessee; her niece Sandy (Mike McClannahan) of Redlands California; and her nephew Rudy (Yvette) of Gilbert Arizona. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
