She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Arthur F. Seifer and Anne Satterthwaite Seifer. She is survived by: her husband David A. Bloomer, Jr.; her children, Jeremy T. Bloomer and Jessica A. Doscher (Kevin); her grandsons, Brennan and Miles; her sister Barbara Paul (Rod); her brother-in-law Charlie Bloomer (Barbara); and her nieces and nephews, David Paul (Laura), Andrew Paul (Lindsay), Garrett Bloomer (Deborah) and Courtnay Eisenberg-Bloomer (Steven). She is also survived by five cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Kanab, UT.
