He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cook and Kimberly Bloss Britton (Clarence) of Waverly; his grandparents, William Bloss, Waylon Britton, James and Margaret Cook; his uncles, David Cook, Charles Cook, Jim Cook and William Bloss Jr.; and his cousin Raegan Bloss.
He is survived by: his sister Mandy Cook of Waverly; his nephews, Braden Tripp and Hudson Cook; his grandmothers, Betty Bloss of Waverly and Vivian Britton of Virginia; and his aunts and uncles, Randy Bloss (Leigh) of Lucasville, Doug Bloss of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Mary Leigh Britton of Virginia, Betty Jo Cook and Ruth Hoskins (Don) of Arizona.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (303 E 3rd St, Waverly, OH 45690). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at the Evergreen Union Cemetery (616 Bridge St, Waverly, OH 45690).
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Glioblastoma research, The James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Center or Hospice of Central Ohio.
