He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Witt Kuzdas and Agnes Voermans Kuzdas; his parents-in-law, Don Cazier and Virginia Snow Cazier; his daughter Heather Anne Kuzdas Sutton; and his sister Pamela Kuzdas Hartman.
He is survived by: his wife Maureen Ellen Cazier; and his children, Tiffany Michelle Kuzdas Cavalieri (Jimmy), Kristy Lynn Kuzdas Williams (Tyler), Jennifer Elaine Kuzdas Ellsworth (Kevin), Afton Nicole Kuzdas West (Cam) and Kenneth Adrian Kuzdas (Kristel Wray). He is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
