She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Dougan and Hazel Dougan; her husband Calvin Leach; her stepdaughter Ada Leach; her daughter Nina Dagen; and her great great grandchild Liliana Delgadillo.

She is survived by: her stepdaughter Sylvia Frazier of Peoria, AZ; her daughters, Nancy Guerra of Red Oak, TX, Nola Baird of Belen, NM, Nita White of Show Low, AZ and Nannette Jones of Colorado Springs, CO.; and her brother David (Dorothy Dougan) of Sulphur Springs, TX. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and 13great great grandchildren.
