He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Elliott and Mildred Elliott; his son Joseph Elliott; his grandson Chris Elliott; and his sister Susan Echeverria.
He is survived by: his wife Sabina Elliott; his children, Arthur L Elliott IV and Terri Sue Mead; and his sister-in-law Joanne Scoccia (Danny). He is also survived by three grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.
The family suggests donations be made to Arizona Adopt a Greyhound or Hospice of the Valley.
