It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Alice Romney Criswell of Mesa, Arizona, who passed away on April 9, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Barbara Alice Romney departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Barbara Alice Romney. Though Barbara Alice Romney may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

She was predeceased by: her husband Duanne Criswell; her son Miles Allen; and her grandson Colter Weierman. She is survived by: her daughters, Kim Weierman (Duanne) and Sunny Fischer (Ken); and her sister Beverly Palmer. She is also survived by six grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
