It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barry Lawrence Halperin of Mesa, Arizona, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on January 19, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kiva Halperin and Ruth Halperin; and his sister Marla Senn. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his daughters, Kelly Halperin of Huron, SD, Tracy Halperin of DeSmet, SD, Maureen Kintz (Scot) of Brooksville, FL and Angela Van Bochove (Brad) of Inwood, IA; his grandchildren, Ryan Halperin (Chantel), Sydnee Winter, Cole, Tristen Kintz, Tori, Rayna Van Bochove and Cullyn Winter; his great grandchildren, Axton and Skylar Halperin; his brother Allen Halperin (Villerma) of Chicago, IL; and his former wife Penny Fisher (Schmechel). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
