She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Wayne Smith; her children, KJ (Niki), Ben (Keri), Curtis (Whitney), Mystee (Antonio), Jesse and Meledy (Jeff); her mother Edlyn Gurr; and her siblings, Vicki, Loren, Wendy, Carl T., Kari, Rhonda and Angie. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren.
