He was predeceased by: his grandmother Maria of Jesus Ugarte. He is survived by: his parents, Sergio A. Alonso Ugarte and Dulce Maria Hernandez Lima; his wife Yesenia Chavez Farias of Michoacan, Mexico; his children, Chiquita Alonso, Edgar Alexis and Dajany of Phoenix, AZ; his brothers, Enrique Alonso (Yajaira) of Mesa, AZ and Sergio Alonso of Mesa, AZ; his niece Noemi Alonso; and his nephew Sebastian Alonso.

Memorial donations may be made to Yesenia Chavez Farias.
