He is survived by: his sons, Charles Richard Bell, Jr. of Galesburg, IL and Douglas Bell (Diann) of Republic, MO; his grandchildren, Ryan Bell, Andrew Bell and Christoper Bell; and his siblings, Keith Bell of Mesa, AZ, Judy Olin of Mesa, AZ, Cheryl Ernst of Colona, IL and Marla Moody of Taneyville, MO.. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
