She was predeceased by: her parents, Romas E. Raley and Charlotte B. Raley; her sisters, Madelyn Grovenstein and Gwynell Davis; and her son John Patrick "Pat" Katz.

She is survived by: her husband Richard Alan Katz; and her children, Ralph Edward Gustin, Laura Katherine Katz (Kara) and Helen Katz Johnson (Mark).

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donation to the American Cancer Society.
