He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his sons, David, Scott and Kevin; his stepchildren, Jennifer, Michael, Nancy and Erin; and his siblings, Joe, Karoline and Sandie. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
