With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Conrad John Kligel of Mesa, Arizona, who passed away on March 8, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Kligel and Marian Kligel; and his siblings, James and Mary Alice. He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his children, Deedee and Kevin; his siblings, Bobby, Tommy, Danny Kligel and Judy Parker; and also, Cindy, Betty Gammell, Tayla, Jae, Alex and Mitch Thompson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

“I was a 4th-grade student of Mr. Kligel in the 1960s, in Hermiston, Oregon. He was a wonderful teacher, my first 'man teacher'! Mr. Kligel LOVED baseball, and he brought a small TV to our class so we could all watch the World Series. It was so exciting, and he explained everything that was happening. I still like and understand baseball thanks to Mr. Kligel. He got our class to play softball and it was so much fun! Mr. Kligel was a fine, decent person, a good teacher. Rest in peace, kind Sir.”
