He was predeceased by: his father Richard Annett; his grandparents, Irwin, Lucille Annett, Lloyd and Irene Kahler; and his cousin Scott Davis.
He is survived by: his mother Nancy Annett of Waubay, SD; his siblings, Lisa Annett of Litchfield Park, AZ and Calvin Annett (Tammy); his nephews, Tyler Annett of Leota, MN and Jordan (Hannah); and his great-niece Brealyn Annett (Luke LeBrun) of Fargo, ND.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to 4 Paws Animal Rescue in Sun City, AZ, Lions Club International, or the American Cancer Society, organizations that Corey felt strongly about.
